After a year of development, TourLatch is live for our founding customer — Uncle Alex Travel! 🎉
Uncle Alex Travel is a family business I’m also part of, so I get to experience TourLatch as an operator myself every day. I’m working closely with admins and drivers of the company to constantly improve TourLatch.
A Tour of TourLatch #
TourLatch today has three main roles: the operator, the customer and the driver. Here’s how each one experiences it.
Operator (most likely you) #
The operator runs the show. During setup they create tours, add new drivers and team members, and connect other platforms so bookings stay in sync. Day-to-day, they manage bookings in the Booking Calendar and coordinate pickups in the Pickup Planner.
Booking Calendar #

The operator sees all bookings in a calendar view, and can create, edit or cancel them from the right panel. Reaching out to a customer is one click: WhatsApp, Telegram, or email opens instantly. Same for addresses: tap one and Google Maps opens.
Pickup Planner #

In the Pickup Planner, the operator sets pickup times and assigns drivers to each booking. In the example above, Reindeer Farm tour on July 3 has one booking (by Artur Ruya) with driver John assigned for 9 AM.
Your Customer #
As soon as the operator clicks “Confirm pickup time”, the customer gets an automatic notification. No waiting, no need to contact you for updates. If anything changes, they’re notified automatically too.
Your Driver #
One of the driver’s primary tasks is picking up customers on time and in the right place, and that’s exactly what TourLatch helps with.
The driver sees all pickups that are assigned to them in a Telegram bot.
The driver can also open navigation to the pickup location with one tap on the address, and reach the customer in one tap via phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
Our Three-Stage Release Plan #
To make sure TourLatch is ready before opening it up widely, I’m following a three-stage release plan.
-
Stage 1. Founding Customer
We are here
A single company using TourLatch every day to run its operations
I'm working side by side with Uncle Alex Travel to make TourLatch better: looking closely at every real-world use case, bug, and point of confusion, and shaping the product around what actually matters. -
Stage 2. Early Access
Soon
Bringing on a few more customers
More customers mean a broader variety of use cases. I’ll help each one get set up, then stay close to gather feedback and keep improving the product.
TipThere are still spots available. Join the shortlist!
-
Stage 3. General Availability
Later
Gates open
Anyone can sign up, no waitlist. By this point TourLatch will have been running in real businesses for a while, with all the rough edges worked out. And you'll always be able to reach me directly if you need help.
Join Early Access #
Don’t wait for General Availability. Drop your email at tourlatch.com or reach out at contact@tourlatch.com, and after a quick chat you’ll be on board as an Early Adopter.
Not Sure Yet? #
Reach out anyway. Tell me about your business and we’ll figure out together if TourLatch is a good fit.
